St Margaret’s Society of Queens’ College are very excited to have Patrick Bevan (Queens’ Instrumental Scholar and Leader of the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain in 2018) and his Trio give a concert in the atmospheric surroundings of Queens’ College Old Hall at 6.00pm on Wednesday 6th March.
The Trio has been brought together by the University Instrumental Award Scheme for the top chamber musicians in the University. They will be performing one of the great masterpieces of the Romantic chamber repertoire; Tchaikovsky’s Piano Trio Op.50. Trio Lugubre is made up of Patrick Bevan- violin; Laurence Cochrane- cello; Naoki Toyomura- piano.
This concert will be free of charge and promises to be really exciting occasion.
