Join the strings of the MagSoc Symphony Orchestra for an afternoon concert in the sublime setting of Queens’ College Chapel. Former NYOGB harpist and Queens’ first year classicist Eleanor Medcalf is the soloist for Claude Debussy’s mesmerising ‘Danses’ for solo harp and string orchestra, bookended by two of the great works for string orchestra: Edward Elgar and Josef Suk’s ‘Serenades’ under the baton of fellow Queens’ first year Will Rose.
